The machines are accompanied by manuals in paper and electronic format (pdf). Through a cloud portal, our distributors can access all the information on the machines, so as to have available technical and photographic information on the products, always and everywhere.
The delivery speed of spare parts is essential: the parts warehouse is always provided with common parts needed for service on our machines.
Within 24-48 hours our distributors/users throughout Europe can receive the parts (wherever express shipping is available).
The internal production department allows us to be fast even for the parts designed by our firm.
