DESCRIPTION
The LRB rear-loading unit is a versatile system for automated MSW container washing, designed for medium and heavy-duty chassis from 12 to 26 t. Based on extensive industry experience, it guarantees a complete cleaning cycle (internal and external) with low operating costs, adapting to various large-scale operational needs.
TECHNICAL CARACTERISTIC
The hydraulic system draws power from the power take-off (PTO) and includes a heat exchanger and safety systems. Electronic management (IP56) is handled via an in-cab touchscreen for parameters and an external control panel for ground operators (light/heavy wash selection). The water system, featuring stainless steel tanks, utilizes a 160-bar pump and combines internal robots with self-rotating heads and three fixed bars for external cleaning.
KEY FEATURES
The front compartment protects the main components from weathering, while the fully enclosed chamber with a short tailgate prevents dripping on operators. Sludge removal is simplified by the full-opening bottom, which is as wide as the entire chamber. The equipment is completed by a manual washing lance with a 10-meter hose reel for vehicle cleaning at the end of the shift.
