DESCRIPTION
The MRB rear-loading mobile unit, designed for light-duty
chassis from 7.5 to 10 t, offers a complete automated washing
system (internal and external) for MSW bins. Built on
extensive industry experience, the machine stands out for
its high versatility and low operating costs, ensuring deep
cleaning within a compact footprint.
TECHNICAL CARACTERISTIC
The hydraulic system, powered via PTO and managed by an
automotive-grade control unit, includes advanced components
such as a heat exchanger and a dedicated tank. The
electrical system (IP56) offers total control via an in-cab
touchscreen, allowing for the monitoring of anomalies and
work statistics. The water compartment utilizes a 160-bar
pump with 240° conical heads for deep internal washing,
while the universal bin lifter handles containers ranging from
120 to 1100 liters.
KEY FEATURES
The three-separate-module structure optimizes weight
distribution and protects critical components in the front
compartment. The short tailgate reduces rear overhang, improving
operator safety, while sludge discharge is facilitated
by the full-opening chamber bottom. Finally, a manual washing
lance with a 10-meter hose reel ensures quick and easy
cleaning of the vehicle at the end of the shift.
