DESCRIPTION
The TECSIDE unit is a versatile and cost-effective system for the automated washing of municipal Solid Waste bins, mountable on heavy-duty chassis ranging from 18 to 26 t. Drawing on extensive industry experience, it guarantees thorough and deep cleaning of both internal and external surfaces while optimizing operational costs.
TECHNICAL CARACTERISTIC
The unit integrates a hydrostatic transmission powered by the PTO (Power Take-Off) and a high-pressure water system (160 bar) featuring robotic self-rotating heads for deep internal cleaning. Operations are managed by an advanced control unit, operated via touchscreen and joystick in the cab, while safety is ensured by a five-camera monitoring system.
KEY FEATURES
Operational efficiency is maximized by the external lifting group, which allows for immediate container engagement, eliminating waiting times for the tailgate to open. Furthermore, maintenance is simplified by an obstruction-free hopper floor with a sloped design—a feature that facilitates the rapid expulsion of solid debris.
